AXIS Enrich: Vendor Information Page

Whether the class is canceled at the last minute or days beforehand, it is important to note that parents already planned to have their children cared for until the Enrich end time that day. Because of this, we do not advise to spontaneously cancel Enrich classes. Instead, please consider having a back-up substitute to avoid a cancellation. If you do need to cancel, please keep in mind the following: 

• When you arrive at AXIS, please check in at the front desk and pick up the daily absence roster to check against your class roster.
• All Enrich students will be gathered in the cafeteria. Please find your class and take attendance. 
  • After taking attendance, AXIS Students are officially in the care of the Enrich vendor and vendors are responsible for ensuring supervision and safety of students until they are picked up by parents/guardians at the end of the class.
• Enrich vendors may consider taking their students by the AXIS bathrooms before heading to their designated space. This will help eliminate the need of sending students unsupervised to the bathrooms once class begins.
  • If an Enrich class requires that students change (i.e. Run Club, Taekwondo, etc.), the Enrich vendor will be responsible for monitoring this process after picking up their students from the cafeteria.

• Bring children to the cafeteria to wait for their parents/guardians. Please don’t assume AXIS staff is in the building, but you will be responsible for getting kids to their parents and waiting for all your kids to get picked up.
• Your kids will be picked up at the AXIS MAIN ENTRANCE on the EAST side of the building. Typically, parents will line up in their cars out front. 
• Enrich vendors are responsible for ensuring that students are only released to the parent/guardians listed in their vendor enrollment/registration paperwork. Please remember to check parent/guardian IDs while you are still learning each of the students' families. Your students will help you identify their parents and soon you will get to know them and their cars too! 😊  
• If a parent has not shown up after 10 minutes past the end of class, please call or text the parent to find out if there is an issue.
   

Once an Enrich vendor application has been approved, the Enrich Coordinator will complete the Room Usage Agreement to be signed by the Enrich Vendor. Sample of this agreement, including the fees, can be viewed here:

All staff leading Enrich activities for students will be required to provide proof of, or pass a background check (including volunteers). Background check documentation must be current (within 3 years) and must be provided to the school yearly. If you do not have documentation of a background check, you may complete the background check process through the school and pay the associated cost (approx $50).
