AXIS International Academy is a tuition-free public school for students in kindergarten through 5th grade. AXIS offers a dynamic multi-layered curriculum that integrates Core Knowledge and Singapore Math. All students will also learn a second world language through our research-based 50/50 language immersion model (similar to the Utah Model) which empower students with academic, cognitive, social, cultural, and economic benefits.

AXIS International Academy is located at 2130 W. Horsetooth Road, Fort Collins, CO 80526, near Horsetooth Road and Taft Hill Road. We share this location with Colorado Early Colleges Fort Collins West Middle School. Preschool - 8th grade options available on one campus!

Detailed Enrollment Process
1. Complete an Intent to Enroll
The first step in enrollment to AXIS International Academy is to complete our Intent to Enroll Form. Our lottery will be held in January, 2020. Detailed information on our lottery process will be emailed to families before January.
2. Receive and Return the Accepted Student Application
If your child receives a seat at AXIS through our lottery process, you will be emailed the "Accepted Student Application" and you will have 48 hours to either return the completed electronic form via email, or postal service. If you are submitting a paper application via postal service, please email jwhitaker@AXIScolorado.org or call 970-658-4199.
ADDITIONAL FORMS AND SCHOOL FEE
Throughout spring and summer we will be requesting various forms and records that are required of all Kindergarten - 5th grade students (including home schoolers). Do not worry about submitting this information yet, but you can start gathering documents and thinking about requesting this information. Some of these forms are available on our "Student Forms" page (under the "Parents" tab)
- Student Birth Certificate
- Home Language Survey
- Immunization records or Exemptions Form
- Free and Reduced Lunch Application
- Previous School Records
- IEP, Section 504 Plan, or ALP, if applicable.
All school fees can be waived for families that are eligible for Free and Reduced Lunch (FRL) as determined through completion of an application for Free and Reduced Lunch (click for more information / income guidelines). The 2019-2020 FRL application will be available in July.
