More about my life and education...
I grew up in Colorado Springs and attended the University of Colorado where I earned my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. While in college, I started working with kids and discovered my passion for it. Not long after, I began working at AXIS...and the rest is history!
 
Recently in P.E. ...
 
The students developed skills as they dove into track and field. They participated in such events as the long jump, hurdles, pool noodle javelin throwing (a personal favorite of mine), as well as learning about the biomechanics of sprinting. As we start moving into the winter months, students will start to work on preparing for the upcoming winter festival by starting our unit on dancing.
