Intent to Return for the 2022-2023 School Year

Enrollment season is upon us!

We love having your child at AXIS, and we hope you will continue to choose AXIS for your child next school year. Please complete this form for students in preschool-4th grade by December 31st to ensure your child has a spot at AXIS next year. Open enrollment for students on the waitlist will begin for new students on January 4, 2022, and available spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
