Intent to Return for the 2021-22 School Year

Enrollment season is upon us!

We love having your child at AXIS, and we hope you will continue to choose AXIS for your child next school year. Our intent is for all students to return to 100% in-person learning for 2021-22 school year. If you are looking for a remote-learning option, please indicate that below.

Please complete this form for students in preschool - 4th grade by December 31st to ensure your child has a spot at AXIS next year. Open enrollment will begin for new students in January, and available spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
