AXIS K-5 CLOSED Wednesday, October 30th.
AXIS International Academy K-5 will be closed Wednesday 10/30. We recently received notice from the Colorado Early Colleges (CEC) leadership that they have decided to close their Fort Collins schools. In addition to sharing our building, we share our transportation and food service with CEC, and we follow their lead on school closures. This is not a decision anyone takes lightly, and they deliberated with many across Northern Colorado prior to making this decision. We know it can be difficult to make other arrangements for your children when school is cancelled, so thank you in advance for your understanding.
AXIS Preschool OPEN Wednesday, October 30th
For AXIS Preschool families, the preschool will open at 7:00am, as the lead teacher lives very close to the school. We highly encourage families to please prioritize safety and take your time traveling in the morning. Being late to preschool is perfectly acceptable. If you do not have to be on the roads in the morning, it is recommended that you not. The AXIS front office will not be open tomorrow, so please park and drop off at the preschool playground gate on the westside of the building. We will keep you posted about the Preschool Enrich classes. Preschool after care will operate as normal until 5:30pm. Please email our Preschool Director, Cecilia, at [email protected] to let her know IF and WHEN your child will attend tomorrow, so we can ensure appropriate preschool staffing.
