Lifetouch will be coming to AXIS on April 6th to take Class Group Photos. For the brief amount of time it takes to get the photo, students will be less than six feet apart and will briefly take their masks off. 

We understand that some parents may feel uncomfortable with this and may want to opt their student out of the Group Photo. If you would like to opt your student out of the Group Photo, please fill out this form. 

Students who have opted out of the photo will be supervised in the hallway, spaced out, and with their masks on waiting for their classmates.
