Places I’ve been or want to go:
I have visited 21 US states and traveled to Jamaica and Mexico. It is my hope to travel to Italy in the near future.

I am a teacher because I have a passion for learning and I want to inspire young people to love learning too!

More about my life and education...
I have been an educator for 17 years in which I have served students and families as a classroom teacher, special education generalist, special programs transition coordinator and as an adjunct instructor at the post-secondary level. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD and a master’s degree in K-12 Administration from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. I hold a teaching license in the states of South Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado.
I have six children: Thea, Taylor, Logan, Hailee, Braydn and Wren. I became a grandmother for the 1st time 15 months ago when my grandson Danny was born! I also have a cat named Fish Sticks.
